I went on a white water rafting trip in West Virginia recently and was able to experience more of the outdoors than I ever have before. Sure, I've been camping, but the "mountains" of New Jersey do not even compare to those in West Virginia. I had honestly never seen so many stars before, and shooting stars too! It was incredible. And while I think I'll stick to being a "city girl" for the foreseeable future, I did want to bring a part of that experience back home with me.

The pieces I created for my Fall collection this year were inspired by the nature I found mesmerizing on that trip to West Virginia...from the shooting stars, to the rocky riverbeds, to the serene lake, and the blazing sun.
